I think that the book is very interesting because it didn't really tell you at th start what it was about it just went straight on. I also think that there being a bit mean Linda.
My thoughts of this book are very good and confident as to say that I am not having trouble reading the book Blubber. The author has used life like feeling just saying that Jill has a normal life based in America. So I think that it is a really normal but interesting. Well i am up to the part were Jill is on her way to school in Tracy's (Jills best friend) car. So I like the book that I am reading. Kelsey
This book is very interesting so far and I think they are mean to Linda by teesing her and saying that she has blubber like a whale. I think the auther has used discirptive words and I think I have found a simile to. I am up to when they are on the bus making fun of Linda. Well I'm up to page 14 so I'm a little behind because I was in another group.
Blubber by Judy Blume is quite good my thoughts are that there must be a vaery large person in the book and they are all writing notes about her and teasing him! Blubber (Bruce) is suposibley the fatest kid in the school and one of the characters said that if there was a school fat contest he would definetly win!
The authur is using lots of discriptive language like Blubber of cause, ecology, genuine, crazy and heaps more!
I am up to page 26 and there is alot happening like there is Halloween coming up and the main character is dressing up as a FLENSER!
anyway that is all i think is happening in the story so catch you later 5H!!!
It is about a girl that reads to her class her whale and every one starts to laugh at her. After she sits back down someone in her class passes a message to her sying that she was "Blubber"
